In this role, you will design, manage, install, support and trouble shoot hardware or software problems. As
well, you will maintain the company’s servers, run backups, manage and maintain network security.

The Network Administrator (MCSA) program prepares you to manage and maintain a corporate network
and to provide client support. The Network Engineering (MCSE) program builds on the MCSA certification
by providing you with the skill levels needed to design and develop a network structure from the ground up.
The Network Administrator track helps you to prepare to challenge the Microsoft MCSA exams, and the
Network Engineering track helps you to prepare to challenge the Microsoft MCSE exams.
This program participates in the Laptop program (MB)
MCSA, MCSE, Comptia A+ and Cisco CCNA Certification support is provided within the program
