Tibetan Singing Bowls

Singing bowls were used thousands of years ago in Tibet at the time of Buddha, around 560 - 480 BC. Singing bowls resonate sounds and frequencies that invoke a deep state of relaxation which naturally assists one into meditation. The sounds help heal your body, mind, soul and spirit by bringing your state of balance back into alignment. This harmonizing sound journey experience will pulse vibrations throughout your body to energize, uplift and revitalize you.

Reiki

Reiki is a life-force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well-being. Some people feel sensations of heat, tingling, or experience seeing colours, whilst others can have an emotional response, indicating that shifts are taking place, allowing harmony to be restored. Reiki has no belief or religious system, therefore, it can be learned and practiced by anyone. It is a beautiful healing modality that will positively change and transform your life.
