Program Highlights

As a Health Care Aide, you will play an integral role in assisting patients with their mobility, hygiene and general well-being in hospitals, nursing homes, care facilities and other healthcare facilities. 

As part of the Health Care Aide program, you will learn to:

  • Assist patients with their medications
  • Prepare meals and ensure patients receive proper nutrition
  • Help patients with mobility issues, cognitive impairment or other ongoing conditions
  • Manage admission of patients, facilitate the transfer and discharge procedures for patients

If you are an experienced Health Care professional or foreign-trained nurse who is interested in seeking certification, you may qualify for our Health Care Aide Challenge program
