An Overview on the Practice on Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a holistic healing system that uses a combination of slow flowing body movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and meditation to balance and cultivate Qi, translated as "life energy".  The practice of Qi Gong can be used by Community Support Workers to help their clients reduce anxiety in times of stress.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in health care, you are invited to attend this workshop on the practice Qi Gong. This knowledge can be useful to you as a health care provider for yourself and the clients that you care for.
