The purpose of this policy is to ensure that student assessment and evaluation documentation are managed in a way that ensures compliance with the privacy rules the Freedom and Protection of Privacy Act (Manitoba), the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (Alberta) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
