What is Robertson's refund and withdrawal policy?
Refunds and withdrawals are governed by Robertson's Refund Policy and Program Voluntary Withdrawal Policy, which apply to all programs and delivery formats. You can read both on the Policies page in the Help Centre (robertsoncollege.com/help/policies). If you have questions about your own situation, contact [email protected].
Are these support services included, or do they cost extra?
Academic support, advising, and accessibility services are part of being a Robertson student, with no separate charge to use them.
Can I get support if I study fully online?
Yes. Support is built to reach you wherever you study. You can connect with advisors, academic support, and other services remotely by phone, email, or video, so online students get the same help as students on campus.
How and when do I arrange accessibility accommodations?
Contact Accessibility Services at the start of your program, before coursework ramps up. The team reviews what you need, sets up your accommodations, and makes sure your instructors have what they require. You can reach out at any point if your needs change.
