Contact your instructor to discuss your situation

]Your instructors are here to support you in the way that best works for you, whether that’s through email, a phone call, virtual or in-person office hours or through Brightspace instant messenger. They’re extremely flexible—you let them know when you’re available and they’ll accommodate. 

Connect with our support team through Brightspace. 

Brightspace is the online hub that houses all your materials, assignments, resources and reminders to help you stay on track with your courses. If you need extra support, you can create a Service Cloud support ticket through Brightspace. Your ticket will be assigned to a specific team member depending on what you’re seeking help with and they’ll do their best to provide support. In some cases, the Academic Support Team can approve extensions for up to two additional weeks.
