International learners who take an Assiniboine program through Robertson will graduate with an advanced diploma from Assiniboine Community College as well as be eligible to apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit allowing you to work anywhere in Manitoba.

Entrance Requirements

● Two-year diploma or university degree
● English is the language of instruction and communication. All applicants must
meet the English language proficiency requirement. IELTS score of 6.0 with
no subscore less than 5.5 or equivalent is acceptable for this program.

Note: All international learners must take a 5-week Practical Applied Culture and
Employment course throughout their program as a co-requisite. Practical Applied
Culture and Employment is designed to help learners gain the communication skills
needed for academic and workplace success in Canada. The program will teach
learners techniques for effective reading and listening, written and oral communication
and professional interactions.
