Most post-secondary institutions require official Transcripts to be submitted by the College, and will not accept Transcripts submitted by the student.

This form is electronically submitted. When you submit your signature, you are agreeing to pay the amount indicated by your selections. We will phone you to capture your credit card information over the phone for payment OR you can visit your local campus to make the payment in person. Please contact your local campus for their business hours.
